History and great age have determined the individual style and character of each of the thirty apartments which vary from the modest to the spacious but with each enjoying the charm and elegance of the House and its gardens. Each apartment is decorated to a high standard and because we have our own maintenance team on site, we are able to accommodate individual tastes at the time of purchase.

The apartments are sold on a 125 year lease, with a monthly service charge to cover all utilities, including a broadband connection if required. The respective charges are based on a percentage relating to the size of the apartment in conjunction with buildings insurance, fire protection and maintenance charges. Inclusive also is part of the upkeep of the magnificent reception rooms and Grade I listed gardens continuously in use by the residents.

Current residents, frequently with guests, avail themselves of the excellent dining facilities and superb food provided by our two in house chefs. They also accommodate private dining parties in the main receptions or additional catering for the apartments at a competitive cost. Our country house cuisine has a highly prized reputation of excellence and the Mansion is sometimes host to weddings, parties and corporate events.

Activities include trout fishing in the river, croquet on the lawn, and strolling in the Evelyn Gardens. For the more energetic, there is walking though the beautiful Surrey hills.
