Christmas at Albury is a magical time with roaring fires, beautifully decorated trees from the estate, garlanded fireplaces and candlelight flickering gently against the glittering chandeliers...

With the finest dining from our in-house chefs, and first-class service, we take care of every detail for your Christmas celebration so you can just relax!  We can cater for parties of up to 100 people.  After dinner, dance the night away where King George held his coronation ball in 1763!

We have some delicious menu suggestions but our chefs would be delighted to discuss any ideas which you may have.  We offer flexibility, style, service, and a charm and warmth which will enchant you.

Chef's Homemade Wild Mushroom Soup served with Crusty Bread

Oak Smoked Salmon
with buckwheat blinis, horseradish cream, and caper dressing

Chicken Liver Parfait
with red onion chutney and toasted brioche

 

Mains

Butter basted local roast Turkey with seasonal trimmings

Served with rich jus and homemade cranberry relish

Venison with port and ginger jus served on braised red cabbage

Parmesan crusted fillet of wild Salmon
with warm tarragon dressing

Slow roasted red peppers tart with tomato concasse (v)

All served with buttered seasonal vegetables and crispy roast potatoes or new potatoes

Luxury Christmas Pudding Served with rich brandy cream sauce
